Renewable Power Capital (RPC) has concluded a grid connection deal with distributor E.ON for new wind power capacity in Sweden. The developer plans to install 561MW through projects in the municipalities of Solleftea and Kramfors.
The future plants covered by the deal are Knäsjöberget (92.4MW), Sörlidberget (132MW), Storhöjden (165MW) and Vitberget (171.6MW).
The construction site will be prepared in the second half of the year, with construction itself slated for the first half of 2023.
Activities to be carried out during this phase include the construction of a new substation in Nässe, which will be linked to the four plants via 80km of transmission lines.
